La Tonya Brown


La Tonya Brown is a Family Nurse Practitioner who practices in Northeast Columbia. She received her Masters in Nursing as Family Nurse Practitioner from Duke University in Durham, NC. Ms. Brown received her Bachelor’s of Science in Nursing from Clemson University in Clemson, SC.


Ms. Brown has over 14 years of experience as a Family Nurse Practitioner. Her areas of interest include asthma, pediatric and diabetics. Ms. Brown has been a member of the Wellspring Family for over 2 years and shares in the mission of the practice to provide quality health care in a compassionate manner with an emphasis on the whole person.


Dr. Michele N. Reid


Michele received her PhD in Holistic Nutrition, M.S. in Kinesiology and B.S in Psychology. At the Institute of Integrative Nutrition Reid became certified as a Health Coach and certified with the American Association of Drugless Practitioners. She leads workshops on nutrition, exercise and stress management and offers individual and group health and nutrition coaching.


Josetta S Cobb, PhD, LPC, LPCS, CACII

Dr. Cobb’s profession is her passion and helping others successfully meet life’s challenges is her purpose. It is her true desire to connect and work together with individuals, families, and stake holders in our communities as well as other resources to provide quality emotional and behavioral health services. She envisions healthy emotions, healthy lifestyles, hope, happiness and opportunity for all adults, adolescents and children.
With over 16 years of experience as a counselor to include 6 years as a clinical substance abuse/addictions counselor, she has provided services in school settings, state agency settings, correctional settings and now private practice. She works with a broad spectrum of clients specializing in holistic healthy lifestyle approaches that are practical and effective.
Josetta’s therapeutic approach is to identify the root of irrational thinking while providing support and practical feedback to help clients effectively address and correct personal life challenges.  She integrates complementary methodologies and techniques to offer a highly personalized approach tailored to each client. With compassion and understanding, she works with each individual to help them build on their strengths and attain the personal growth they are committed to accomplishing.
She is a graduate of Claflin University with a Bachelor’s degree in Sociology and Criminal Justice Administration. She holds a Master’s degree in Mental Health Counseling from Webster University and a PhD from Pneuma (pronounced New-ma) Theological Seminary in Christian Counseling.

Donna Jenkins, MHA, BHCM, RMA, CPT


Donna is a Certified Personal Trainer, Certified Medical Assistant, Educator and Medical Missionary. Her current focus is group fitness and individualized personal training She manages and instructs the exercise fitness aspects for the Size Wize Weight Management Program, an affiliation of Wellspring Family Medicine. She has been an academic administer and educator in Medical Assisting with South University since 2008. As a medical missionary, she travels with a team of health professionals (Caring Meds Org.) under the leadership of Damon Daniels, once every other year to Ghana, West Africa to provide dental and health services. Donna is a true humanitarian at heart and understands the call of God on her life to educate and support the health and fitness goals of the local and International community while providing compassionate and quality healthcare.


Donna received her MBA in Health Administration & B.S. in Healthcare Management at South University Columbia in the College of Health Professions. She also received her Associates Degree as a Medical Assistant (RMA) at South University and certified with the National Academy of Sports Medicine.
