Dr. Damon Daniels MD, MPH

Dr. Damon Daniels is Family Physician who practices in Northeast Columbia. He received his medical degree from the Medical College of Georgia in Augusta, GA. He then did his residency in family medicine at Palmetto Health Richland Hospital. He served as a professor at the USC Department of Family and Preventive Medicine for five years before starting his own practice, Wellspring Family Medicine. Wellspring Family Medicine developed out of the vision of Dr. Daniels to create a primary care practice with an emphasis on the healthcare needs of families in the Metro Columbia, South Carolina area. The mission of the practice is to provide the highest quality healthcare in a compassionate manner with an emphasis on the whole person. This practice is based on offering improved access to patient-centered care with an emphasis on assisting patients in managing their chronic illnesses (diabetes, high blood pressure, and heart disease).
